Insulating Glass

Double glazing (or insulating glass) is made of two panes of glass separated by dry air or an inert gas such as argon.

Features:

  • Excellent thermal insulation, making it an ideal energy-saving building material.
  • The dry air in the spacer layer provides an anti-fogging effect.
  • Thermal insulation is further enhanced if filled with an inert gas like argon.

Applications:

  • Architecture, train windows, freezers, etc.
